Easy Brush Vacuum Bag Moulding

EZ-Brush® Vac Bag ist ein streichfähiges, Platin-Cure-Silikon-Gummi speziell entwickelt für von Hand wieder verwendbare Vakuumbeutel hergestellt wird. Kein Spray Ausrüstung ist nicht erforderlich. EZ-Brush® Vac Tasche Silikon hat eine 1A: 1B Volumenmischungsverhältnis und ist leicht zu mischen und anzuwenden. Mischkautschuk ist thixotrop und können ohne durchzuhängen mit einem Pinsel oder Spatel auf vertikale Oberflächen aufgetragen werden.

Produktionsfertigen Vakuumbeutel kann schnell hergestellt werden unter Verwendung von EZ-Brush® Vac Tasche Silikon was zu enormen Zeit- und Arbeitsersparnis. Da Taschen wiederverwendbar sind, sind langfristige Materialkosten erheblich reduziert.

Reduzieren Labor - Silikon Tasche wird in Minuten zurückgesetzt; keine Taping oder Plissee.
Self-Releasing - keine Trennmittel erforderlich.
Perfect Fit auch für komplexe Formen und Hinterschneidungen.
Geruchsneutral - Keine Lösungsmittel oder flüchtige organische Verbindungen.
Hohe Service-Temperatur - bis zu 464 ° F / 240 ° C.
